Wondering how to plan an implementation at your school?
Our programs offer flexible implementation options, which can be adapted to a wide variety of educational settings and schedules.
You can start small, or roll out a school-wide growth mindset transformation. For a single class, consider a class set of Brainology or GEM. For a larger group, consider our SchoolKit for an all-inclusive solution. Check out our Quick Start Videos to see how easy it is to use our Teacher Dashboard.

What Does a Growth Mindset Implementation Look Like in Schools?
Classrooms from PreK-3rd grade can lay the foundation for a growth mindset with Growing Early Mindsets (GEM). Students in grades 4-9 can enroll in our Brainology program. Older students in grades 7-12 will benefit from Applied Brainology. Implementations of all programs are flexible, with short & engaging lessons that can be integrated into the school day in 5 - 45 min chunks.
Teachers can enroll in our MindsetMaker™ online professional development course. The course takes between 4-8 hours to complete, and can be completed in PLC teams or individually. Discussion groups and collaborative activities may take additional time, and these activities are available on an ongoing basis for school-based projects and online engagement with other educators. To support continued growth, educators can use the interactive tools, assessments, and lesson plans throughout the year, and receive peer feedback on the implementation of these activities.
Administrators and Teacher Leaders can use the LeaderKit to lead a movement at their school. Implementation is flexible, and leaders can use as much or as little as they like. The LeaderKit can be used during Pre-Planning, during whole group faculty meetings, in small group PLCs, or with individual teachers who need more support in growth mindset. Many of the resources can be used from year to year. The LeaderKit contains digital resources and can be delivered as a digital package or as a digital-print hybrid. GEM is a new curriculum designed for teaching a growth mindset, social and emotional learning (SEL), and mindfulness for PreK-3rd grade learning communities.
