Cancellations and Refunds for Online Programs
If for any reason you're dissatisfied with your software purchase, we will refund your software purchase within 30 days as long as the user(s) hasn't completed more than half of the program. If you'd like a refund, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your username and your reason for cancellation, and we will promptly cancel and refund your purchase.
Returns and Refunds for Printed Materials
You have 30 days to return products in new condition from the date you received them. The following are required to be eligible for a return:
Request for returns must be sent to us at email@example.com for approval. Please include the following in your message: first and last name and Mindset Works username, transaction ID, product purchased that will be returned including quantity, and the reason for your request to return.
Products purchased must be in new condition.
All products received must be included with return.
A copy of the receipt or proof of purchase must be included with return.
Once we receive your request for refund, you will be provided with the details for returning your product.
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs to return products. Original shipping and processing costs are nonrefundable.
Once the product has been received, inspected, and approved for a refund, you can expect a refund within two weeks. If product returned is in new condition, we will initiate a refund using your initial method of payment. For example, if you paid by credit card, the credit card used will be refunded; if you paid by check, we will issue a check payment to you. You will be notified regarding the status of your refund.
